Outstanding International Academy is seeking an experienced, well connected, organized and Bilingual (English/Mandarin) International student recruiter, in Toronto, ON to join our growing team and take our company and platform to the next level!

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning and implementing student recruitment functions and events
• Acting as represent the school to potential agents/ students/parents by exploring opportunities in the community to drive and increase enrolment
• Collecting feedback from international students and agents, and updating them about the
• school’s news and events
• Assisting with admission and registration process for all new applications
• Train and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international applicants, ensuring top quality
• Acting as represent the school to potential agents/ students/parents by exploring opportunities in the community to drive and increase enrolment
• Counselling and consulting agents throughout enrolment process through e-mail or wechat & phone;
• Greet visiting students, parents, and other drop-in visitors. Promote school activities and provide guided tours of the facility.
• Upon confirmation of full payment from incoming students, arrange for airport pick up and create confirmation letters.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all individuals with integrity, empathy and sincerity
• Excellent goal-driven marketing and sales skills
• Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to manage stress and thrive in often demanding situations
• Proven self-starter and problem solver
• Must be deadline driven and goal-oriented
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (speaking and writing)
