If multiple misconducts are discovered, students will be suspended and all tuition, residence, meal plans and other miscellaneous fees will not be returned.
  • If students are caught smoking, drinking, fighting or other severe violations during school time, depending on the degree of the violation, students will be given written reprimand or be suspended. If students are suspended, all fees paid are not refundable.

  • If OIA stops running the school due to force majeure, OIA will return the tuition, residence and meals fees in accordance with the teaching progress and the course completion rate. OIA will be responsible to transfer the students to other schools.
