- If students fail to obtain the study permit, the application registration fees and notarial fees will not be refunded; the 50% of the tuition fee paid ahead can be returned in two weeks, with supporting documents:

- If students successfully acquire the study permit but give up the offer due to personal reasons (except for severe diseases or force majeure), the 50% of tuition paid will not be returned.
- If students have enrolled in the program but plan to withdraw or transfer to another school due to personal reasons (except for force majeure), the tuition, residence, meal plans and other miscellaneous fees will not be refunded.
- If students have enrolled in the program but need to withdraw from the program due to severe illness, students should submit the Program Withdrawal form with signatures of both students and guardians. Students should also provide the doctor’s notes from municipal hospitals to verify students’ illness or injury. Tuition fees and meal plans will be charged/returned based on the date students enter and leave the school (residence fees are not refunded because spots are allocated for each school year).
- If students violate school regulations (such as late or missed assignments, absenteeism in lectures or tests, impersonation, plagiarism, cheating, etc.), students will receive oral and/or written reprimands. If multiple misconducts are discovered, students will be suspended and all tuition, residence, meal plans and other miscellaneous fees will not be returned.
- If students are caught smoking, drinking, fighting or other severe violations during school time, depending on the degree of the violation, students will be given written reprimand or be suspended. If students are suspended, all fees paid are not refundable.
- If students abuse the faculty members, teachers or other students, or break the rule to provoke a dispute with many people, they will be immediately suspended and all fees paid are not refundable.
- Students are not allowed to purchase any vehicles (car, motorcycle, etc.) without permission. Once students are caught and warnings are not effective, students will be suspended and all fees paid are not refundable.
- Students are not allowed to keep a pet in the residence. Once students are caught and warnings are not effective, students will be suspended and all fees paid are not refundable.
- If students are caught in criminal cases (theft, injury, etc.), once investigated and confirmed, students will be suspended and all fees paid are not refundable.
- OIA provides meal plans that cover the breakfasts and dinners of weekdays as well as three meals per day during weekends. If students do not dine on campus due to personal reasons, fees paid for meal plans are not refundable.
- If OIA stops running the school due to force majeure, OIA will return the tuition, residence and meals fees in accordance with the teaching progress and the course completion rate. OIA will be responsible to transfer the students to other schools.
